Bottle Lights
This is an experiment I did a year ago. Inspired after watching a youtube video, I decided to try and make my very own bottle light. These lights are made out of water bottles containing water and little bit of bleach. The lights work by refracting natural light into the dark room. As a result these lights are electricity free!

Economic Living
On a lazy Sunday afternoon, while browsing the contents of Youtube, I came across a documentary about unconventional living spaces. The documentary focuses on several individuals who, in their
search for a more simple and sustainable way of life have created homes in caves, converted garages, trailers,
tool sheds, river boats and former pigeon coops. I found the economic design of each house inspiring. I also found it interesting that so much could be done with such small spaces.

What is this blog about?
Hello and welcome! In this blog I will be focusing on the topic of 'Sustainable Design'. I will be using this blog as my own personal archive for things that intrigue and fascinate me in relation to the said topic. Feel free to look around. Enjoy! :)
